Mufflers and Pipes

Shell Body

  • 2-ply Aluminized Steel Sheet
  • Pittsburgh longitudinal lock seamed
  • Spun-on Endcaps
  • Achieving leak proof while eliminating welding process, which destroys aluminized protective coating.

Internal Design

  • Inner tubes and baffle plates are all of aluminized heavy gage steel.
  • Baffle assemblies are constructed by crimping technique.
  • Each muffler has 3 baffle chambers.
  • Extra tuning tube for damping high frequency noise.

Outer pipes

  • Aluminized high frequency welded steel pipe.
  • Numerical controlled bending process.

Welding

  • Welding process are reduced to minimum to avoid destroying the aluminized coating.
  • MIG welding are employed if welding is unavoidable.
